Right wheel when in transport mode would not traverse the slightest rise in route, such as a door threshold wheel would turn and prevent movement and sudden stop. Very dangerous for my wife the passenger.
It was purchased from safeway medical in Houston on 1212 Westheimer st. The manager Daniel stated they repaired it. Not true. There repair did not improve anything.
Wheel and bearings were sent to me by drive. Having it repaired in another shop. Hopefully it will be restored for use as a transporter. Received 0 cooperation from manager Daniel at safeway medical which is very detrimental to Drives products.
I hope this statement could be also sent to Drives cust.

I purchased a Drive Medical Full Electric Bariatric Hospital bed from Gulf Coast Medical Supply in Naples, FL for $2500. They will not let me return it to them because they do not allow the return of high ticket items.
I purchased this bed for my sister, who is in skilled nursing and has an extremely difficult time standing. Both my sister and I are 5' tall. For reasons I won't go into, the bed was delivered temporarily to my home and I have been sleeping in it. I can barely get into the bed even though it is set at its lowest level.
There is absolutely no way my sister is going to be able to get into this bed!
Therefore, I consider it defective because it is so high. I would like to return the bed and receive a full refund.
User's recommendation: Be careful about what type of bed you purchase.
Missing screw
Hard to believe that a company like yours would not stock the screws for the handle on my rollator and you would have to send me an entire new handle. That's just the start.
The FedEx overnight which was shipped Friday was received on Monday was continual updates that it was on the way it's on the way it's coming it's coming. So I'm sorry that you got ripped off by FedEx and maybe try another delivery service like USPS or UPS or DHL. The instructions on your website for Loop breaks we're totally unsatisfactory. Instructions to cut off the pin at the end didn't show how to loosen the brake cable so I could access the pin on the end.
Lucky for me my good neighbor is a mechanic so I called upon him and he simply replaced the one screw that had fallen out of my roll later with the new one from the replacement handle. I sincerely hope you stand by your warranty when the next thing breaks on my roll later try Medline

Faulty product and no one will assist
Purchased a Phoenix HD scooter in June 2022. Item was purchased from walmart's website and fulfilled by Living Well.
When we received the scooter we had issues with the battery from the beginning. We got maybe a half mile on a full charge. When trying to reach the company that fulfilled the order it goes straight to voicemail and if you are lucky the company will call you back. We went back and forth with them on the battery issue for months.
The scooter has a manufacturer's warranty and Living Well offered an additional 5 year warranty. In addition I purchased a 4 year warranty. A couple weeks ago the battery started smoking and leaking fluid on the floor and the scooter itself. The plumber who was here working in the building took the battery out, got burned, and called the fire department.
The fire department came out and completed a report. We tried reaching out to Living Well for assistance who requested more info that we provided. They refuse to do anything about the scooter. We've contacted Walmart who can't do anything since it was fulfilled by an outside vendor.
The credit card company won't do anything about the money we paid because it's been more than 6 months. They told us to work with the seller which is what we have been trying to do. We've done an online chat with drive and they told us we have to deal with the seller. It's under warranty with Drive so they should do something about the scooter.
The company that we purchased the extra warranty from can't do anything since it's still under manufacturer's warranty so I have to wait another 6 months until that ends before they can help. So now I have an $1800 paperweight sitting in my hallway and a disabled family member who can't leave the house for any reason, including doctor's appointments because they are not able to walk. We scraped together the money last year to purchase a drive scooter because of the brand. We have other drive brand products and thought they were the most reputable.
Now not only are we out the original $1800 with no workable product and have to scrape together money to purchase another scooter which will not be a drive scooter. Very unhappy with this company.
