There is no issue or problem with any drive products. Just need a wheel chair that has a seat thats 20W X 14 or 17D

I. Am not pissed as your software appears.

I am how ever very disappointed in the quality difference between the wheel scout and the 4 wheel scout. The 4 is made much better and has touches that make it look worth the money. The 3 wheel looks like a cheap temp scooter. They are obviously made by different factories but makes no sense to me.

The problem I am having is all 4 out 3 wheel scout scooters had some k8nd of adhesive blasted all over the seats. And in a way like someone at the factory was doing it deliberately.

In the future if it needs a wrench or Alan wrench you should include those. Also better directions would be nice.

Use wheelchair for transports , do not use it all day. Approximately 2-3 weeks ago noticed.

Rips along side where seat is secured to chair.

Reluctant to use Clair for fear of falling. My weight 160lbs.

Key Replacement

I am contacting you as I have never heard anything back from my previous email! I have a Drive Medical Scout LT 4 wheel scooter and I have purchased 2 different keys that said they would fit and neither one worked!

I looked again today and the same key comes up! How can I get a replacement key?? I have lost one of mine and don't feel safe with only one. I use my scooter often as I have issues walking any kind of distance!

Please HELP!

Rubber tires not solid enough. Act like bicycle tires too low squeek and don’t steer straight n hard to push. My husband pushes me and he is NOT happy. I asked about availability of a more rugged tire

When I contact customer service and technical service I expect to be treated with respect. I also want to not have to contact you multiple times having to explain all the info again. Seems that calls would be recorded somewhere so if a recall has to be made customer doesn't have to continuously explain problem

I purchased a wheelchair and the elevating leg rests didn't come with the chair.

Drive Medical contacted me via Email and said they were mailing out the elevated leg rests at no cost. As it should be but I also mentioned that I need them by this Friday/Saturday as my knee replacement surgery is this Friday.

Praying they come in time. So far,Im pleased with their prompt and customer service.

Drive medical mailed me a pair of elevated leg rests and they came today. I appreciate the fast shipping.

Obviously they didnt charge me as the leg rests were included in the purchase. They fit perfectly and now I can check this off my list as I prepare for my knee replacement.

We operate a respiratory supply business based in Australia and we have dealt with your company for over 25 years.
On the 19th February 2024 I emailed your CEO for Australia showing my concern for the discontinuation of SmartCode Data retrieval from your discontinued range of Devilbiss Intellipap CPAP's . Following is a typed copy of the email sent to your CEO to which I have not received the courtesy of a reply.

No need to talk to me, as you do, just reply ...

this has to be fixed, unless you already know it wont be ! . SmartCode shows the error 403 stating this app is stopped . Is this permanent, or as the notice states ?.

"The web app you have attempted to reach is currently stopped and does not accept any requests . Please try to reload the page or visit it again soon " I have truckies and customers with co-morbidities who require this reported data for retention of their driving licences signed off by their medical practitioners. Although DeVilbiss quit the CPAP market , they did give the understanding that they would continue to support their CPAP devices ! .

A reply would be appreciated . Regards Don Fischer.
This problem would undoubtedly be being reported by other customers and CPAP suppliers and is being reported negatively on CPAP user forums eg CPAP TALK and needs urgently to be rectified.
